On September 13, 2024, we will be hosting our 8th annual Aloha Muscle Competition at the Waikiki Sheraton Hotel,
Hawaii Ballroom. The Aloha Muscle is an NPC (National Physique Committee) sanctioned event, which is a national
qualifier for Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Physique, as well as Figure, Bikini, Wellness and Women’s
Physique for our female competitors. Once qualified (determined by placement in their respective division), participants
in our competition have the realization of following their dreams and competing at the national level in pursuit of earning
their professional status. We have been fortunate that many of our previously qualified competitors have gone on to the
national level and are now competing as IFBB professionals across the nation and overseas. We also have teenage
competitors, sixteen to nineteen years of age. For the boys there will be a Bodybuilding and Physique division and for the
girls there will be a Bikini division.
The promoters of this event are highly qualified and have a passion for health and fitness for the State of Hawaii. Our
major goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle, by encouraging and supporting our local competitors (teens and adults), as
well as other competitors around the world.
